This privacy and personal data protection policy defines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing and using information received in the course of using the website: https://peremogaspace.com (hereinafter — the Site).

Peremoga is committed to respecting the right of every visitor to our Site to the confidentiality of personal data and applies state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of protection of processed personal data against unauthorized access.

By using the Peremoga site, the user (hereinafter — the User) confirms that they have read and fully (unambiguously) agreed to the terms of this privacy policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

1. The User has no right to use the Site if they do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy.

The privacy policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and other laws and regulations governing relations in the field of personal data protection.

This privacy policy applies only to the Peremoga Site. This business space does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Site.

Processing of personal data is carried out by the company only with the consent of the personal data subject.

The Administration of the Peremoga site (hereinafter — the Administration) — employees authorized to manage the Site, acting on behalf of Peremoga, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions or operations performed with personal data.

Personal data controller — an individual or legal entity authorized by the owner of personal data or by law to process such data. A person engaged by the owner and/or controller of a personal data base to perform technical work with the personal data base without access to the content of personal data is not a personal data controller.

Recipient — an individual or legal entity to whom personal data is provided, including a third party.

Personal data — information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Confidentiality of personal data — the requirement, mandatory for the Site Administrator or any other person granted access to personal data, not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.

Publicly available sources of personal data — directories, address books, registers, lists, catalogues and other systematized collections of public information containing personal data placed and published with the knowledge of the personal data subject.

Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems.

Site User — personal data subject.

A natural person who visits the Peremoga Site to order services and whose personal data is processed. Such natural person must have the necessary legal capacity.

Consent of the personal data subject — any documented, voluntary expression of will by a natural person to grant permission to process their personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of processing.

Depersonalization of personal data — removal of information that allows direct or indirect identification of a person.

Responsible person — a person designated by the owner or controller of personal data who organizes work related to the protection of personal data during processing, and informs and advises the owner or controller of personal data on compliance with personal data protection legislation.

2. Purpose of collecting and processing the User's personal data

The purpose of processing personal data in the system is the storage and servicing of counterparties' data, in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

The Site Administration may use the User's personal data for:

– establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages and inquiries related to the use of the Site, processing requests and applications from the User;

– marketing purposes;

– analysis of the convenience of using the Site.

If the User has agreed to receive information about new services and special offers, the Site Administration processes their data in order to send commercial (advertising) information, for example regarding ongoing promotions, special offers, etc.

Personal data processing is carried out openly and transparently using means and in a manner consistent with the defined purposes of such processing.

If the defined purpose of personal data processing is changed to a new purpose incompatible with the previous one, in order to continue processing the data the owner of personal data must obtain the consent of the personal data subject to process their data in accordance with the changed purpose, unless otherwise provided by current legislation of Ukraine.

3. Composition of personal data subject to processing

Peremoga processes various personal data depending on the purpose of processing, generally including:

– User's first and last name;

– email address;

– phone number;

– information about service orders;

– commercial information (if the User has subscribed to our newsletter);

– connection information, geographic location, page views (if the User interacts with us from a mobile phone or any other device);

4. Legal basis for data processing

To ensure the protection of Users' personal data, this Privacy Policy has been developed by Peremoga taking into account the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine, in particular: the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the Law of Ukraine "On Information" and other regulations.

The Site Administration processes the User's personal data only if the User's consent is given when submitting a request on the Peremoga Site. When filling in the information to send a request on the site, by clicking "Book", "Contact" or "Submit request", the User agrees to the Privacy Policy and grants consent to the processing of personal data. Consent to the processing of personal data may also be given by checking the corresponding box "I consent to the processing of personal data and agree to the Privacy Policy".

Consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary. The absence of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to send a request on the site, book a service or contact the administration. The User's consent is given when entering into civil-law relations in accordance with current legislation.

Peremoga does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the User and does not monitor its relevance. Peremoga assumes that the User provides accurate information and keeps this information up to date. The User bears all responsibility, as well as any possible consequences, for providing inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous or outdated information.

Processing of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data related to health or sex life (special categories of data) is prohibited.

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

This Privacy Policy is also binding on the responsible person and the seller's employees who directly carry out processing and/or have access to personal data in connection with the performance of their duties.

5. User's rights in connection with the transfer and processing of personal data:

In connection with the processing of your personal data, the User (personal data subject) has the right to:

– know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence of the owner or controller of personal data, or to delegate the receipt of such information to persons authorized by the User, except in cases established by current legislation of Ukraine;

– receive information about the terms of access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

– access their personal data;

– receive, no later than 30 calendar days from the date the request is received (except in cases provided for by current legislation of Ukraine), a response on whether their personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

– submit a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data to refuse the processing of their personal data;

– submit a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate. Also, the right to withdraw consent to the collection and processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons. The request may be for a partial withdrawal of consent, for example withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information, or for a full withdrawal of consent. In case of full withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the User's account on the Peremoga Site is deleted and the data is no longer processed. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any previously carried out activity.

– protection of personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;

– file complaints regarding the processing of personal data with authorized bodies or with the court;

– apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;

– make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

– withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

– know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

– be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.

The Site Administration is obliged to inform the User about the actions taken no later than within 1 (one) calendar month from the date of receipt of each of the User's requests.

6. Personal data retention period

The term of consent to the processing of personal data is unlimited. In any case, the duration of personal data storage will depend on the purposes and aims of processing set out in this Privacy Policy, but no more than 10 years.

The Site Administration stores the User's data until the User's account on the Site is deleted. The User's account may be deleted at their request, as well as in case of withdrawal of the User's consent to the processing of personal data, refusal to process personal data or a request for their deletion.

Peremoga's systems will retain only archival information related to data storage about, for example, any claims the User may have, in particular during the warranty period established by regulations or in connection with legislation governing Peremoga's activities.

7. Communication regarding personal data

Peremoga may entrust the processing of personal data to business partners if this is necessary to carry out transactions, for example to prepare goods ordered by the User, as well as to ship goods or transmit commercial information (the latter applies to those Users who have agreed to receive commercial information), or for other purposes that need to be achieved for the proper fulfillment of the User's orders.

The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by current legislation of Ukraine.

The procedure for granting third parties access to personal data is determined by the terms of the User's (personal data subject's) consent to the processing of such data, given to the owner of personal data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Access to the User's personal data is not granted to a third party if the latter refuses to undertake the obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" or is unable to ensure them.

8. Security and protection of personal data

Peremoga respects the confidentiality of personal data of its Users and makes every effort, using the most advanced technologies, to ensure the protection of the User's personal data.

All physical, electronic and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of the Peremoga system. All data is stored and backed up on the company's secure servers.

Data received on the Site is transmitted via the https protocol, which ensures secure data transmission.

Peremoga has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy unilaterally.

The Privacy Policy as amended takes effect from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
